EAP Enterprise Solution (MVP)

The EAP solution I’m building is a fully functional MVP designed to modernize employee wellness support through a configurable, data-driven platform. It provides companies with a comprehensive suite of mental health and wellness services—including on-demand counseling, assessments, wellness content, case management, and anonymous reporting—accessible through a seamless employee experience. On the backend, HR teams and administrators gain powerful tools to manage contracts, billing, capacity, program configurations, eligibility rules, and organization-specific content. The system is built with a modular architecture that supports real-time insights, integrates with third-party providers, and offers flexible benefit tiers tailored to each company. This MVP demonstrates the core value of a scalable, enterprise-ready EAP platform that elevates employee wellbeing while giving employers visibility, control, and measurable impact.

I designed and developed a no-code KYC (Know Your Customer) loan application system to streamline how bank customers apply for loans online. The solution enables customers to register, submit their loan application details, and automatically appear in the bank’s internal application management dashboard. The project demonstrates my ability to design end-to-end digital workflows, create operational efficiency, and rapidly deliver functional tools using no-code platforms.
